NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A DOE employee is under arrest on allegations of sexual abuse, police said.
Miguel Semidey, 42, was arrested Friday on charges of forcible touching, sexual abuse and act in a manner injurious to a child.
According to police, a student said they were assaulted by Semidey at Williamsburg Prep High on Wednesday.
According to News 12, the 17-year-old claimed Semidey grabbed her chest.
That student walked into a police precinct Thursday and told officers about the alleged incident.
Semidey was arrested off of school grounds on Friday.
The school did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
