NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) — The NYPD is searching for a man they said stole over $30,000 in jewelry from a store in Brooklyn over the weekend.
At approximately 12:24 p.m. on Sunday, April 14, the suspect entered Majestic Jewelry located at 71 Graham Ave. in Williamsburg.
The suspect forcibly took approximately $32,000 worth of jewelry without paying.
He then fled on foot on Bartlett Street and Throop Avenue to parts unknown.
The suspect was last seen wearing a burgundy zip-up sweater, a white t-shirt underneath the sweater, brown beanies, black sweatpants, and a black face mask.
