NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are looking to identify a pair of burglars they said used a ladders to climb into a Queens home and steal thousands in jewelry and clothes last week.
It happened at approximately 12:15 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 28, when two men walked to the rear of a home in the vicinity of Cloverdale Boulevard and 64th Street in Oakland Gardens.
According to officials, the suspects gained access to the residence by using a ladder.
The homeowners were not present during this incident.
The stole various jewelry and clothing with an approximate value of $37,000 before fleeing in a black sedan.
