Since rejoining MetroPlusHealth in 2000, Milliner has helped grow the organization’s membership from just over 50,000 to more than 525,000 members. In his current role, he oversees three departments and leads a team of over 350 employees, while working closely with regulatory agencies and community partners to help shape healthcare policy and promote access to care throughout New York State.
