“He’s bringing people together,” she said. “People will enjoy being together…He would bring people together in the spirit of joy and the outdoors and exercise. That’s what Ralph was about.”
The name change takes effect immediately. Construction on the park is anticipated to begin in 2022 and should be complete in 2024.
