NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — The NYPD is hunting a man who is wanted for recording "up-skirt" videos of women as they shopped at a Brooklyn Target on two separate occasions last month.

Both women were at the Target located at 1715 East 13th St. in Midwood when the suspect approached them from behind, pulled out an electronic device and placed it under their dress or skirt, police said. He then fled on foot.

The first victim was a 26-year-old woman, and she was approached by the suspect at about 8 p.m. on Wednesday, July 9, when he recorded her under her dress.

Police released a surveillance photo of the suspect captured from that incident. He is described as a man with a light complexion, and was wearing a blue t-shirt and black shorts.

The suspect struck again at about 5:30 p.m. exactly two weeks later, police said, surveilling a 46-year-old woman under her skirt on Wednesday, July 23.

Neither woman was physically injured during the incidents.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
