NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD on Tuesday released a photo of a group of suspects accused of beating then shooting at a man in the Bronx last month.
It happened just before 7 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 29, when a group of suspects approached a 25-year-old man victim in front of 1207 Stratford Ave. in Soundview, officials said.
The suspects then punched and kicked the victim and one of them fired a gun in the direction of the victim, police said.
The victim was not struck by gunfire and refused medical attention at the scene.
The suspects fled on foot in an unknown direction.
