NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) — Police are looking to identify a bicyclist who allegedly pepper-spraying a 72-year-old in the East Village earlier this month.
At approximately 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 1, the man was driving his car when the suspect approached him on the driver's side door and began to pepper spray him, .
The suspect fled northbound on Avenue A on a bicycle to parts unknown.
The victim was treated on scene by EMS.
