NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) — The dates of De Niro Con, a celebration dedicated to actor Robert De Niro and his body of work, were released on Thursday by the Tribeca Festival and will run concurrently with the end of the 2024 program.
The multi-day event commemorating the 80-year-old New York City legend will be held June 14-16, and will “[pack] set recreations, costume exhibits, behind-the-scenes chats, screenings, and reunions into one unforgettable weekend.”

De Niro Con will feature an archive gallery including rare photos, annotated scripts, props and other materials from the Academy Award winner’s personal archives, as well as a convention floor that will offer set recreations, costume displays, fireside chats with behind-the-scenes collaborators and impersonation contests.

An immersive, six-screen film that weaves together De Niro’s films and builds a new relationship between his past projects will also be on display, giving fans a fresh, 20-minute way to experience some of his most notable works.
Film screenings and talks will also take place over the course of the event’s three-day run.
De Niro Con, which is presented in partnership with Webex by Cisco, offers three levels of passes that are already available for purchase, here.
1010 WINS is a media sponsor of the 2024 Tribeca Festival. The full festival will take place from June 5-16.
The Tribeca Festival said that the complete programming lineup will be available in spring, and to follow @Tribeca on social media for updates.
