NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — The Office of Chief Medical Examiner has deemed the December death of a 3-year-old boy in Queens a homicide, the NYPD announced Friday.
Just after 6 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 13, 2024, police responded to a 911 call of a child in need of medical assistance at Mott Avenue and McBride Street in Far Rockaway.
EMS transported Elias Rosado to St. John's Episcopal Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
There have been no arrests made at this time, and the investigation remains ongoing.
