NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A 20-year-old man is in critical condition after he was shot overnight following a dispute with a group on the Upper West Side, officials said Monday.
At around 11:40 p.m. on Sunday, the man got into a dispute with a group of men in front of King Columbus Gourmet Deli located at 900 Colombus Avenue near 104th Street.

The dispute then escalated leading to gunshots, and the victim was struck, authorities said.
He was taken to Mount Sinai St. Luke's and listed as critical, according to officials.
Police told 1010 WINS that the victim also had a firearm and let a round off although he did not strike anybody.
An investigation is ongoing.
