'Disturbed man' arrested outside Taylor Swift's Tribeca home; 2nd time in 3 days

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Officials arrested a Seattle man on Monday for wandering outside Taylor Swift's New York City home for the second time in three days.

David Crowe, 33, was arrested near the the Franklin Street building in Tribeca at about 6 p.m. and charged with two counts each of harassment and stalking.

Officers were approached by multiple complainants who pointed out an emotionally disturbed man acting erratically at the location. Authorities observed Crowe harassing multiple complainants and took him into custody without further incident.

He did not attempt to enter, authorities said.

Swift was not at the home at the time.

Crowe had been arrested on Saturday after an attempted break-in.
