NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are searching for a pair of gun-toting robbers who’ve targeted more than a dozen people in muggings in the South Bronx and Manhattan since September.
The NYPD released images Wednesday of the two suspects, who allegedly robbed 17 people across September, October and November.
Among the neighborhoods hit in Manhattan were Hudson Square, Midtown and the Upper East Side. In the Bronx, they included Morrisania, Morris Heights and Pelham Parkway.
Their MO is to ride up on a two-wheeled vehicle, flash a gun and demand valuables. Sometimes they strike the victims over the head.
They’ve stolen cash, jewelry and even a man’s moped, police said.
The victims range in age from 16 to 76 years old. All but one of them are men.
