NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD's Hate Crimes Task Force is investigating an aggravated harassment incident that occurred late last month in Manhattan, according to authorities.
According to police, two suspects made anti-sexual orientation statements while throwing an unknown white liquid substance onto the back of the head of the 69-year-old woman who was jogging at 77th St. and 2nd Ave. approximately 8:25 p.m., on Monday, February 21.
The suspects fled the location on foot to parts unknown.
The investigation remains ongoing by the Hate Crimes Task Force.
