NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — The NYPD released surveillance footage Wednesday as they look to identify two males wanted for a violent broad-daylight robbery of a 12-year-old girl in the Bronx last month.
At approximately 12:20 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 14, the girl was walking in front of 1277 Stratford Ave. in Soundview when she was approached by the suspects, officials said.
According to police, the attackers forcibly pushed the girl against a wall and ripped two necklaces from her neck before fleeing on foot, heading westbound on East 172nd Street.
The victim suffered redness and pain from the assault and was treated by EMS at the local precinct.
