NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Mayor Eric Adams hosted at Gracie Mansion Tuesday night Israeli Minister of Foreign Affairs Eli Cohen, along with a man who had seven family members kidnapped by Hamas during its Oct. 7 terror attack.
Moran Alony said his two sisters, brother, three nieces and brother-in-law were all kidnapped.

Adams wrote on X, following the event at the mayor's official residence, "We feel the loss and the tragedy of Hamas' attacks on Israel in every corner of our city. Tonight, we hosted Israeli Minister of Foreign Affairs Eli Cohen and Moran Aloni, a family member of multiple loved ones taken hostage on October 7. Moran and over 100 others are praying for their family members to be set free. We pray for them as well."
At a rally outside the United Nations Tuesday calling for the return of the hostages, Alony told the crowd, “I want to say thank for all the support. We see it. We feel it. I want to say thanks to the countries that support us in bringing our families back,” he said before leading the crowd in a “Bring them back” chant.
