NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — The NYPD said an off-duty FDNY firefighter was arrested early Thursday for hitting a parked car while intoxicated in East Harlem.
Police said David Hayes, 49, was charged for driving while intoxicated and for refusing to take a breath test.
1010 WINS reached out to the FDNY for comment.
