NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A gas main was struck in front a residential building on the Upper West Side on Tuesday after a city Department of Environmental Protection truck fell into a sinkhole.
The incident happened in front of a three-story, multi-dwelling building at 71 West 89th St., near Columbus Avenue, according to City Council Member Gale Brewer, who posted photos of the truck in the sinkhole.
