NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — The NYPD released surveillance video of a man who police say sexually assaulted a 12-year-old girl aboard an MTA bus near Stuyvesant Town-Peter Cooper Village earlier this week.
Police said the man groped the victim's groin over her clothing at 4:39 p.m. Tuesday while aboard an M14D bus on 1st Avenue and East 14th Street.

The victim then left the bus at the same intersection while the suspect remained on board and later disembarked at the 14th Street-Union Square Station, authorities said.
Surveillance footage shows the man entering the station after the incident.
