NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police released surveillance video of a group of bicycle-riding vandals that targeted the home of Randy Mastro, Rudy Giuliani’s former chief of staff who is helping represented a group of residents' efforts to close an Upper West Side hotel that houses homeless men.

In the footage released late Monday, the group was captured dismounting their bicycles and spray-painting the sidewalk in front of the East 83rd Street at around 1 a.m. on Oct. 21.

The group splashed red paint on the front door. The words "prick," "shame,” “Randy Mastro you can’t displace us” and “F**k you Randy” were also written in paint on the sidewalk and the building’s facade.

According to officials, there was also red paint and eggs tossed at the front door and outside of the home, authorities said.

The front door locks were also glued, police said.

Mastro was not home at the time his home was targeted but was alerted by a neighbor whose home was also vandalized and reported the incident to police, the New York Post reports.
