NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are searching for a gunman that injured two men after shooting into a parked car Thursday morning in Brooklyn.
The men, ages 25 and 33, were sitting inside a double-parked red BMW 428i on Williams Avenue near Livonia Avenue in East New York just before 8 a.m. when a group of men walked up to the car, according to officials.
After exchanging words, one in the group pulled the gun and fired at least nine shots into the driver's side door and window before running off, authorities said.
The 25-year-old victim was the driver and was shot in the shoulder and suffered a graze wound to the head, police said.
He was transported to Brookdale Hospital where in stable condition.
The other victim suffered lacerations from flying glass and was treated at the scene.
So far, no arrests have been made and an investigation remains ongoing.
