NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A teenager was hospitalized early Monday after he was repeatedly shot on a Bronx street early Monday, officials said.
The incident occurred at approximately 4 a.m. near the corner of Oak Point and Longfellow avenues in the Hunts Point section, authorities said.
Police said a 17-year-old boy was standing on the street when the gunman drove up on a dirt bike and began shooting before fleeing the scene.
The teen was rushed to an area hospital after being shot in the leg and hand, according to the NYPD.
There have been no arrests made as of Monday morning.
