NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police are searching for a gunman that shot and injured two men during a dispute on a Bronx street Monday night, according to officials.
The incident happened around 9 p.m. near the corner of Yates Avenue and Boston Road, in the Williamsbridge neighborhood.
According to authorities, both victims got into an argument with the unknown suspect that escalated when he pulled out a firearm and began firing before fleeing.
One victim, 35, was shot in the elbow and the other, a 52-year-old man was shot in the shoulder, police said.
Both victims were transported to an area hospital for treatment.
No arrests had been made and an investigatiion is ongoing.
