NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) – Police are searching for a suspect in Tuesday morning’s double shooting in Queens that left one man dead and another hospitalized.
The NYPD released surveillance footage Wednesday of the suspect, who they said was last seen fleeing on foot down 199th Street following the shooting at the intersection of 199th and Hollis Avenue in Hollis.
Two men, both 32 years old, were approached by the gunman at 4:45 a.m. He fired multiple shots, striking both victims in their torso, police said.

Jaime Robinson, of Queens, was pronounced dead at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center.
The other man was in stable condition at North Shore University Hospital.

Police haven’t said what may have sparked the shooting or revealed a connection between the three men, if any.
No arrests have been reported in the case as of Wednesday.
