NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A Lamborghini driver was shot and injured during a road rage incident on the Upper West Side Monday night, the NYPD said.
The 37-year-old Lamborghini driver got into an argument with someone inside a red Mercedes SUV at the intersection of West 72nd Street and Columbus Avenue around 10:20 p.m., police said.
At some point during the dispute, someone inside the Mercedes shot the Lamborghini driver in the torso, the NYPD said.
The shooter fled the scene in the Mercedes soon after, police said.
The 37-year-old victim drove himself to a nearby hospital, where he was listed in stable condition, according to police.
No one had been arrested in connection with the shooting as of Tuesday afternoon, the NYPD said. An investigation is ongoing.
