MAHWAH, N.J. (1010 WINS) -- Bronx-born rapper A Boogie Wit da Hoodie is being sued for allegedly causing over $250,000 in damages to a New Jersey mansion, including by clogging its toilets.

The lawsuit alleges that 25-year-old A Boogie, born Artist Julius Dubose trashed a home they rented to him in 2017 and 2018 and the owners found that the tenants, who had signed a lease for $10,000 a month, abandoned the premises.

Dubose left "bathroom toilets clogged and overrun by sewerage material which penetrated through the floors and damaging ceilings below,'' the lawsuit said.

Court papers also allege that "carpets cut out and mismatched pieces replaced damages, stains and tears throughout,'' "entry doors to be left open with evidence of extensive water damage,'' "walls and trim damaged" and "damage to the landscape."

Two vehicles were also "abandoned on the property," the court papers added.

"[As] a direct and proximate result of the negligent, reckless and/or carelessness of the defendants, the Property sustained extensive damage," and "left it unable to be leased until extensive repairs were conducted,'' the suit said.

The landlords, Dr. Lawrence Guarino and his wife, Carol, claim in court papers they entered the home on Dec. 13, 2018, after they were unable to contact Dubose and Acheampong and are seeking $263,592 in compensation.
