NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A 19-year-old man was fatally shot in the head in East Harlem on Saturday, police said.
It happened just before 5 p.m. at Madison Avenue and East 132nd Street.
The victim, later identified as Jaylen Duncan, was rushed to NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem, where he died.
No arrests have been made.
It's unclear what precipitated the shooting.
