NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police are investigating a fatal shooting that took place early Thursday morning at a Bronx restaurant.
Officers responded to a 911 call at around 4:30 a.m. at the M Lounge Restaurant, located on Jerome Avenue near West 184th Street in the Fordham section.
According to officials, the 29-year-old victim was shot in the head in the restaurant's basement. But when officers arrived, he had already been brought outside the establishment, where he was pronounced dead.
His identity is currently being withheld pending family notification.
There have been no arrests made, and the investigation remains ongoing.
