NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are investigating after a man was shot to death inside a Harlem smoke shop over the weekend, authorities said.
At approximately 6:09 p.m. on Sunday, police officers responded to a 911 call of a person shot inside of Legend's Exotic Candy Shop located at 300 West 142nd St., officials said.
Upon arrival, officers observed 30-year-old Jazeke Samuels with a gunshot wound to the torso and left arm.
Samuels was transported to NYC Health + Hospitals/Metropolitan where he was pronounced dead.
A hooded gunman was seen aiming and firing at a man behind the counter before fleeing, WABC-TV reported.
There have been no arrests and the investigation is ongoing.
