NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police arrested a man on Thursday accused of fatally shooting his neighbor, her friend and her dog on an Washington Heights street about a month ago—reportedly amid an ongoing dispute over barking.
Lenue Moore, 31, was arrested at approximately 11:10 p.m. and charged with two counts of murder, four counts of criminal possession of a firearm, aggravated criminal contempt and two counts of aggravated cruelty to animals.
On Sept. 29, a man and a woman were fatally shot in the head near 165th Street while walking their Pitbull, who was also killed.
The man and the woman, later identified as Jackie Billini, were rushed to Harlem Hospital where they were pronounced dead. The dog was pronounced dead on the scene.
Moore allegedly targeted Billini due to an ongoing dispute over her barking dogs, the New York Post reported.
