NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – A 39-year-old man was shot and killed outside a Coney Island apartment building on Friday, reportedly during an argument with two men who are currently being sought by police.
Responding officers found Raul Cordero, of Brooklyn, lying unconscious on the pavement at the apartment complex on W. 21 Street, near Surf Avenue, around 6:40 p.m.
Cordero had been shot in the chest, police said. Citizen App video shows an ambulance leaving the scene.

Cordero was taken to Coney Island Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Police told the Daily News that Cordero had been in a dispute with two men in the building's courtyard before one of them shot him.
Cordero's brother, Elliot Vazquez, told the Daily News that he was a "loving, caring" father of three kids.
Police said no arrests had been made and that an investigation was ongoing.
