NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) – A 49-year-old man was fatally shot outside a Target store in the Bronx on Sunday night, police said Monday as they searched for the drive-by shooter responsible.
The victim, Raymond Resto, was gunned down shortly before midnight in the garage at 815 Hutchinson River Parkway in Throgs Neck.
Resto was waiting in the parking garage at the Throggs Neck Shopping Center around 11:50 p.m. when a blue BMW pulled up and at least one shooter opened fire, police said.

There may have been as many as three to four shooters in the vehicle, which quickly sped off, WABC reported.
Resto, of Upper Manhattan, suffered multiple gunshot wounds to the body. He was pronounced dead at NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi.
The circumstances surrounding the shooting, including any potential connection between the victim and his killers, weren't immediately clear as the investigation continued Monday.
