NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A 55-year-old Bronx man was arrested Friday evening for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman in the stairway of a Manhattan subway station.
The incident occurred on June 2 just before 5:30 a.m. when the 28-year-old victim was at the Franklin Street 1 train station stairwell, police said.
Felix Falcon, 55, allegedly approached the victim and forced his hand up the victim's skirt and inserted his finger into her body, according to cops.
Falcon then fled the scene on foot. The Bronx resident was arrested a week later in Lower Manhattan around 4:30 p.m.
Cops charged Falcon with forcible touching and sexual abuse.
