NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) — Police on Wednesday released surveillance footage of a man sought bashing in the head of a 55-year-old man and robbing him at a Queens subway station over the weekend.
It happened at approximately 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 22 aboard a southbound F train approaching the Kew Gardens subway station, authorities said.
According to officials, the victim was approached by the suspect who struck the victim in the head multiple times and stole his property.

When the train arrived at the station, the suspect fled towards parts unknown.
The victim sustained injuries to his face and EMS transported him to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center.
