NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD is searching for an unidentified man who is wanted for beating a man during a dispute in East Harlem last week, authorities said.
According to police, at approximately 4:15 p.m. on Monday, February 14, a 68-year-old man was at the corner of Lexington Avenue and East 116th Street when he got into a verbal dispute with the suspect.
The suspect then knocked the victim to the ground and began to strike him repeatedly before fleeing on foot to parts unknown, officials said.
The victim was taken to Metropolitan Hospital in stable condition.
The suspect is described as a man with a light complexion, approximately in his 40s, with black hair, and was last seen wearing a black leather jacket with a black hoodie underneath, black pants, black sneakers, and black gloves.
