NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A 74-year-old man was punched in the face by a stranger who’d bumped into him in the East Village, police said Monday as they released images of a suspect.
The victim was walking to his hotel around 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 9, when the suspect bumped into him at East 11th Street and Fourth Avenue.
The two men got into an argument, during which the suspect punched the victim in the face, police said.
The suspect then fled on foot down Fourth Avenue.
The victim suffered an injury to his head and was treated at an urgent care.
