NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — The NYPD released video surveillance Wednesday of a man wanted in a brutal, unprovoked assault against an 76-year-old man waiting at a Bronx bus stop earlier this week.

The force of the blow caused the victim to collapse to the ground, where he became unconscious, officials said.
EMS rushed him to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.
The attacker fled the scene in a dark-colored SUV, traveling westbound on Claremont Parkway to parts unknown.
The suspect was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, gray sweatpants, and a white hat.
