NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are looking to identify a gunman who struck an 80-year-old man walking on a Bronx street, on Monday evening, officials said.
On Monday, May 17, at approximately 1645 hours, an 80-year-old male victim was walking with his family at the intersection of East 174 Street and Vyse Avenue, in the West Farms neighborhood when the suspect discharged a firearm, striking the victim in the buttocks, according to the NYPD.
The suspect fled the location on foot.
EMS transported the victim to an area hospital in stable condition.
