Joseph Sandoval, 23, allegedly murdered 51-year-old delivery man Sala Miah and stole his e-bike around 1 a.m. last Saturday, as Miah relaxed after work on a park bench in FDR Park on the Lower East Side, according to police.

Surveillance footage allegedly showed Sandoval sitting on the bench next to Miah before attempting to steal his e-bike, police said.

As Miah tried to fight off the robbery, Sandoval allegedly stabbed the Brooklyn worker, slashing him in the face and stomach, according to the NYPD.

Miah was rushed to Bellevue Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
