NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A jogger was beaten and robbed at gunpoint by a group of people on Manhattan's East Side this week, police said Friday as they released images of four suspects.

The 25-year-old victim was jogging at East 15th Street and the FDR Drive around 11:20 p.m. on June 19 when someone in a group of six pulled a gun on him.


The suspect held the gun to the victim's abdomen and demanded his property, according to police.

The group then began to punch the victim, eventually managing to steal his cellphone and headphones before fleeing.

The victim suffered minor injuries. He didn't require medical attention at the scene, police said.
