NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police arrested a 41-year-old man for head-butting an Asian man in an unprovoked hate crime attack in Queens, authorities said.
Rudy Coslopez was charged with assault as a hate crime, aggravated harassment as a hate crime and assault, the NYPD said Tuesday.

According to officials, on July 12, a 22-year-old man was approached by Coslopez outside of 34-27 Steinway St. in Astoria.
who began making anti-Asian statements and used his own head to strike the victim in the head.
The victim suffered a chipped tooth, but did not require any medical attention on the scene.
