NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Authorities arrested a 27-year-old man after he allegedly fatally shot a man following a dispute inside of a Bronx public housing complex last month.
Police on Tuesday charged 27-year-old Christopher Machicote with murder, manslaughter, and criminal possession of a weapon in the March 26 shooting.

The victim, 28-year-old Keyan Francis, was shot in the chest inside an apartment on the 14th floor of the Morris Houses on Washington Avenue near East 171st St., authorities said.
Officials said the argument started over a clogged and overflowing toilet.
A police source told the Daily News that there were several people hanging out in the apartment when one witness, could hear Francis and Machicote arguing “over a clogged and overflowing toilet,” from another room.
Francis was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
