NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – A man died early Monday morning after he fell under a moving subway train on the Lower East Side, police said.
The man was seen walking between the train cars of a northbound F train at the East Broadway station around 12:45 a.m., moments before the fatal fall, according to police.
The victim fell under the train cars in a tunnel near the station, police said.
He was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital. He has not yet been identified.
An investigation into his death is ongoing, but no criminality is suspected, police said.
