NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police are searching for a man who allegedly exposed himself and masturbated near a Lower East Side subway turnstile last month.
The incident of public lewdness happened inside the Delancey Street/Essex Street station around 2:15 p.m. on July 30, the NYPD said Thursday.
The department released surveillance footage of the man on Thursday afternoon.
