NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A 29-year-old man was fatally shot during an argument outside an East Harlem grocery store Sunday night.
Police said Elias Castillo was shot in the abdomen around 7:38 p.m. in front of 238 E. 116th St.
Castillo allegedly got into a verbal dispute with the suspect before he was fired at, sources told AMNY.
EMS responded to the location and transported the victim to NYC Health & Hospitals/Harlem, where he was pronounced deceased.
There are no arrests, and the investigation remains ongoing.
