NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) – A man was fatally stabbed in the chest on Wednesday in broad daylight in the Bronx, police said.
Cops responded to a 911 call at around 1:30 p.m. about a man stabbed at 2448 University Ave. in Kingsbridge Heights.
Upon arrival, officers found a 34-year-old man with a stab wound to the chest. The victim was taken to Saint Barnabas Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
No arrests have been made, and an investigation remains ongoing.
The identity of the victim is being withheld pending proper family notification, police said.
