NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police are investigating after a man was fatally struck by a subway train in Brooklyn Thursday morning.
At about 11:15 a.m., EMS responded to a call of an unidentified man on at the southbound C line at the High Street station in Brooklyn Heights.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
It is unclear what led up to the man's death.
Service on the C line was suspended in both directions. There is also no A service between Chambers Street and Broadway Junction stations.
The investigation is ongoing.
