NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD is investigating the death of a man found fatally stabbed in the lobby of a Bronx building Wednesday night, authorities said.
Just after 8 p.m., police responded to a 911 call of a person shot in the lobby of 1691 East 174th St. in Parkchester.
Upon arrival, officers observed a man with multiple stab wounds to the body.
EMS transported the man to NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi where he was pronounced dead.
An investigation remains ongoing.
The identity of the victim is being withheld pending family notification.
