NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – A man grabbed a sleeping woman's face and then exposed himself to her on a Manhattan subway train, police said Thursday as they released images of a suspect.
The 58-year-old woman was asleep aboard a southbound E train near the Canal Street station in Tribeca on April 12 when the man woke her up by grabbing her face, police said.
As the woman woke up, she saw the man "manipulating his exposed genitals," according to police.
The woman got out of her seat and ran to the opposite end of the train before the man exited at the Canal Street station, police said.
The woman was not physically injured in the incident, according to police.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
