NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – A man kicked a 5-year-old boy off of his bicycle in Washington Square Park last week, police said Friday as they continued to search for a suspect.
The boy was on his bike in the Greenwich Village park around 5 p.m. last Friday when the man came up and kicked the bike, according to police.
The boy fell off of the bike but was not injured, police said.
As the boy was leaving the park with his mother, the man came up and kicked the bike again, according to police, who said the boy was not on the bike at the time.
Police said the man was last seen walking eastbound on Washington Square South from Thompson Street.
The NYPD released images of the suspect on Friday.
